Born in a tiny mining town in the Pilbara I was lucky enough to grow up in the bush with a very active outdoor family. Most weekends we could be found enjoying the Western Australian Coast, fishing and hunter gathering in a very wild and extreme landscape. I gained a keen fascination for wildlife in the ocean and the desert. There was only one thing missing-HORSES!

When I was ten we moved up to the Kimberly's where all my dreams finally came true, My fist Pony was purchased and away I went with the freedom and speed of Geebungs little legs. I explored the country around Kununnurra, Katherine and Equestro and grew my way through teenage angst with the rhythm of hoofbeats under my seatbones. The experience was a defining period in my life, both gaining confidence and skills.
